These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.clinicalclear.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Clinical Clear Inc. ("Clinical Clear," "we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS messaging program. By using the Site or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
Clinical Clear connects adults interested in clinical research with information about study participation. We provide informational and transactional communications, including confirming inquiries, arranging screening calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, sending appointment reminders, and linking to pre-screening forms. Use of the Site does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Enrollment in any clinical study is determined solely by the applicable study site and its eligibility criteria.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to enroll in our SMS program.

Program description: When you opt in, Clinical Clear Inc. will send you informational and transactional text messages regarding clinical trial eligibility, scheduling, appointment reminders, and participation updates. We do not send promotional or marketing content.
How to opt in: You can opt in by completing the interest form at https://www.clinicalclear.com (or a study-specific landing page) and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting START, JOIN, or YES to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participating in any clinical study.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier according to your plan.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. After you send STOP, we will send you a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through our Site.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL QUALIFY FOR OR BE ENROLLED IN ANY CLINICAL STUDY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLINICAL CLEAR INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SMS PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
